Inspired by the Dorset countryside I live and work in, these paintings are a little piece of spring ready to decorate your walls. To me, they symbolise hope, and the inevitable spring after every winter.
I started painting this series when I was really going through it, and they took me on a really beautiful journey from searching for joy when I needed it, through to feeling more at peace and watching the world blossom around me.
Acrylic and gilding wax on canvas, 60 x 80cm, 4cm deep. Comes unframed with gold edges.
